Reese Shuker lives in Papamoa, Aotearoa / New Zealand. She is a figurative painter and use acrylics and sometimes other media such as collage papers and charcoal to tell stories of time and place. Using mostly muted colours, her work combines representational, abstract and surrealist styles to explore various themes in a sensitive and thought-provoking way.
