Shipping policy
At Heritage Gallery, we take care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders are dispatched from our gallery in Cambridge, Waikato.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand Only)
We currently ship to New Zealand destinations only. Shipping rates are calculated by we weight and delivery zone at checkout.
Rural delivery addresses may incur additional transit time. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or redelivery charges.
Artwork Handling
All artworks — including paintings, framed prints, and fragile items — are carefully packed to gallery standards. Large or fragile works may be wrapped, crated, or boxed as appropriate for safe transit. We do not rush this process; your artwork's condition on arrival matters more than speed.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect.
Dispatch & Processing
Orders are processed during gallery business hours. Please allow 1–2 business days for packing and dispatch, particularly for large or fragile works.
International Orders
We do not currently offer standard online shipping to international destinations. If you are located outside New Zealand and are interested in a work, please contact us directly to discuss options.
