For most of Sharon Turton's life she has been involved in the arts painting in different mediums and the making of all things ceramic. Also, a qualified ceramic restorer, she has been fortunate enough to have lived and traveled to many wonderful inspiring places, seeped in history, myths and legends, which has given her so much inspiration over the years.

To create a Landscape Vessel, she uses a variety of unique hand building techniques to form an organic rustic surface depicting layers of undulating hills and mountains.

Her passion and artistic vision for pottery is very connected to the environment and the mythical and historic forms around us. She hopes her work gives you a lot of pleasure and inspires you to look at her other creations.
